Strategy
We have a number of Key Strategies:
- PARTICIPATION: To encourage widespread participation of people with disability through the provision of a wide range of individual and team-based activities to accommodate the needs of people with varying levels of disability
- SUCCESS MODEL: To build on the success of the Canterbury Rollers Wheelchair Basketball Team and to develop it as a model of successful achievement in a highly competitive environment
- FINANCIAL BASE: To establish a strong capital base and to practice sound financial management by acting prudently at all times
- PROMOTION: To promote the activities and achievements of the SDT through relevant channels such as the media, website, newsletters etc
